Leads the creation of a new Product Management function for Insider
Connected digital organization reporting to the President. Responsible for identifying and
understanding customer needs, product vision, roadmap prioritization, metrics, cross-functional
and direct management. This role will be the business leader for Insider Connected and leads a
team.
Insider Connected is our award-winning new connectivity offering that improves player and
game operator experiences. Every one of our new pinball machines ships with Insider
Connected functionality to track scores, compete, earn achievements, and share with friends
while ensuring games are running at their best. We’ve made the Pinball machine smart by
connecting it to the cloud, accessible on your mobile phone. Help us take it to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful
products and teams in the digital consumer space, preferably with digital and physical products.
Working knowledge of research and data methodologies, product management methodologies,
and software development required. Passion for games and entertainment will aid this
candidate’s success.

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Engineer to join our growing digital products and games development team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with application engineers and UI designers to develop a mobile app version of our award-winning Insider Connected webapp.

Working with others you will be directly responsible for the design and development of an app with a combination of native and WebView features that will replace and significantly extend the current mobile web app. Using your experience in Flutter and Dart you will quickly generate a proof of concept, work with the team to solidify a design and complete a first submission of the app for both Apple and Google.
